DEI POLICY MANDATES THAT PEOPLE WILL DIE!!!

     Diversity, equity, and inclusion are nothing but Affirmative Action in drag trying to sneak into the club.  When you have no idea if the person in the driver’s seat is there because they are qualified or if they are just a token, it should be a cause for concern. DEI is meant to create a workplace that promotes the diversity, equity, and inclusion of everyone, regardless of race, physical, ethnic, sexual, or religious orientation. Well, la di da. These requirements are already in place and do not intentionally EXCLUDE qualified individuals. 25% of the workforce must adhere to this mandate. What happens to the 25% of qualified individuals who must now be replaced with 25% of unknown qualifications to meet a quota? How will they provide for their families? They are being forced out of the livelihood they studied and trained for, to make way for a lesser qualified individual. How can this be equitable or fair? This mandate now puts the spotlight on every non-white male in every profession. How did they get this job should be of grave concern. When an incompetent individual fails to negotiate the proper procedure and people die as a result, how will that be addressed? Litigation lawyers must be salivating as they wait for the incident to occur. The incidents where “willfully, intentionally, and purposefully” are the cornerstones of the plaintiff’s case. What defense could there be? The institute faces imminent demise. 100,000,000 USD per plaintiff and tied up in courts for years will absolutely bankrupt them. How can you defend hiring a less qualified individual, which costs lives when a competent qualified candidate was overlooked to meet a quota? CEOs, this is something that you should be resisting with all your might, yet you blindly eagerly comply. See you in the disgraced how could you section. Why are we, as a society, doing this? The best qualified should always be hired, no questions asked. Get more training or experience or whatever you need but don’t whine that you didn’t get a job you were not qualified for. If a majority of the individuals in a particular field happen to be racially dominant, maybe it’s because that’s who applies and or wants those jobs. Don’t put people out of work to meet a quota. That goes against the mandates and employment hiring practices already in place. You see the big sign in every workplace, that discrimination on the basics of race, origin, sexual orientation, ethnicity, height, weight, hair color, shoe size, and vehicle driven will not be tolerated. Why are we doing this to ourselves? The public has every right to expect safe, competent operation of all businesses, and this DEI takes away that confidence. It’s not right to make the workplace a roulette wheel where competent and non-competent are just random choices. Are the 65,000 USD per year college degrees to get into a certain field of endeavor now worthless paper? This indicates the results you get when senators are allowed to vote in hoodies and gym shorts. No thought for the results, just get the vote. This is indeed a sad situation for America. When the inevitable incident occurs and lives are lost, I pray the people responsible are held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. When you behave idiotically, and gamble with people’s lives, you deserve to be given the utmost punishment available, without mercy.
